Those who remember taking Psychology 101 in college will recall learning about the four developmental stages of life – infancy, childhood, adolescence and adulthood. September 2017 marks the Bar Mitzvah commemoration of Kav L’Noar’s founding and the transitioning of our organization into the next stage of its development. For the past 13 years, we have experimented with different programs to refine a mission statement that provides a clear understanding of who we are and the help we offer.
In the words of a Clinical Psychologist who recently made aliya and came to my office to introduce himself, “Kav L’Noar is the gold standard in serving the Anglo and Israeli communities with its unique holistic family-systems model that supports a complete solution by connecting the child, the parents and the school to work together.” Now that we have crossed over into the ‘adolescent stage,’ our commitment to this model is firm and we have every reason to expect that client volume will continue to grow with concomitant improvement in the quality of program evaluation.
We could not be where we are today without the loyal support and encouragement of all our friends and supporters, who enable us to succeed in our עבודת הקודש – holy work.
On behalf of our entire Staff, I extend warm wishes for a שנה טובה to you and all your loved ones.
Ronny Wachtel
