Kibbutz Erez
Kav L'Noar is working in Kibbutz Erez within a textile factory that produces thermoplastic materials and waterproof material for boats. We are currently providing group therapy to 75 people, divided into 4 groups. The CEO showed us around, giving us a feel for just how close to the border of Gaza they are. His heroic son saved the entire Kibbutz but unfortunately was killed while doing so. The CEO is picking up the pieces to his life and business and is well on his way with Kav L'Noar's support.
Kibbutz Zikim
In the Kibbutz Zikim factory called Polyron- a mattresses production facility, Kav L'Noar group therapists are providing services for 45 people, divided into 3 groups, each participating in 10 weekly sessions.
In addition to those groups, we are providing therapy to 25 different shop owners, divided into 2 groups.
Kfar Aza
Kav L'Noar is working with Kafrit, a plastic production facility in Kfar Aza, to provide 6 groups of 15 employees each with group therapy. Skills covered during these group sessions include introspection, mindfulness, grounding, active and passive listening, along with other strategies to cope with stress.
